Checking the resolutions I made last year I'm reasonably happy with the results.
I do eat better but I don't exercise as much as I wanted to.
I still have to do some work on the "accept what you can't change" department.
Yes I did cut back on book buying and I'm more dependent on Bookmooch for books these days.
Sadly I haven't crafted much this whole year.
But I do have posted very regularly on this blog!
So for next year:
1 - Keep eating good but also to do some exercise!
2 - Work some more on acceptance. I always get mad at other people's stupidity (especially at work) and I have to learn to let it go because they don't change and I get exhausted.
3 - Read more books from the TBR pile! Yes!
4 - Not to be so lazy concerning hobbies other than reading, crafting or others (I wish I could consider exercising a hobby).
5 - Be a nice person (I don't think I'm a bad person but there's always room for improvement).
6 - Be more in touch with my friends.
And I guess that's it! I'll change and adapt them as need be during the year!
# 2 is THE big one for me. I'm a bit intolerant about that kind of thing, and at the very least, I need to work on not *showing* that I think these people are morons. My friends tell me my face really gives it away.
ReplyDeleteBTW, # 5? You've so got it covered!
I agree with you on number 3 and Rosario is right you've got number 5 down! ;-)
ReplyDeleteLOL regarding nº 5 you are both biased!!
ReplyDeleteGreat resolutions!
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem, #2. I'm trying very hard not to open my big trap hurt someone's feelings. That's ones of the reasons I love email so much. Once you write your email and you re-read nine times out of ten, you've calmed down. :)
